About MarkPro™ line marking paint

MarkPro™ line marking paint is a lead-free, resin-based aerosol designed for fast, durable marking on site. Each 750 ml can covers roughly 100 metres of line at 50 mm width, is touch dry in around 25 minutes and fully cures within 24 hours — so lines can be walked on, and in most cases driven on, the same day. Coverage and cure figures are indicative and being confirmed against production stock.

Where it's used

Semi-permanent line marker paint suits any surface that needs a hard-wearing, weatherproof line: construction sites, traffic management schemes, car parks, warehouse floors, sports pitches, roads and depots. It bonds to asphalt, steel and concrete, indoors and out. For temporary marks that fade or wash away — utility spot marks, setting-out, survey references — use MarkPro™ Survey Paint instead.

Choosing a colour

All seven colours are available across the range. On site, colour is usually dictated by convention rather than preference — yellow for gas services and warehouse walkways, blue for water, red for electricity and danger zones, white for bays and setting-out. These are trade conventions, not a single legal standard, so always follow the scheme your client or site specifies. Confirm your site's colour scheme before ordering in bulk.

How to apply it

Shake the can for two minutes. Hold it inverted, 50–75 mm from the surface, and let your walking speed control how heavy the line lands — closer and slower gives a narrower, sharper line. Mask where you need real accuracy. After use, turn the can upright and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle. The can also clips into a trolley or handheld applicator for long straight runs.
